As a result, the volume of 6 \u2192 7 = 42 tooth gaps is displaced during one revolution, so that a very <strong>high torque<\/strong> is obtained. A <strong>distinction is<\/strong> also made between <strong>planetary and planetary roller motors<\/strong> . In the case of the <strong>planetary roller motor<\/strong> , the <strong>inner wheel<\/strong> is also <strong>mounted on rollers<\/strong> . Spool valves have, for example, Hydromot planetary motors of the type <strong>CPMM<\/strong> and <strong>CPM<\/strong> , as well as planetary roller motors of the type <strong>CPRM<\/strong> and <strong>CPMH<\/strong> . Poppet valves can be found in <a href=\"https:\/\/hydromot.lu\/techblog\/en\/hydromot-hydraulic-motors-different-series-and-their-characteristics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hydromot oil motors<\/a> from the <strong>CPMS<\/strong> series, i.e. also for <strong>CPMT<\/strong> and <strong>CPMV<\/strong>. In all <strong>gerotor motors<\/strong> , the <strong>distributor valve is driven synchronously<\/strong> with the <strong>gear<\/strong> set. It can happen that the <strong>replacement<\/strong> engine blows in your face or does not achieve the desired performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What can I do to prevent this from happening and to choose the right motor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Basically, it is always helpful to know the exact application in which the hydraulic motor is installed. This also applies to the redesign of hydraulic drives.<\/p>\n<p>Basically, the following <strong>questions<\/strong> should be answered for the correct selection of a hydraulic motor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What drive power is available?<\/strong> <br \/>It makes sense that the existing drive power should be greater than the required power of the oil motor<\/li>\n<li><strong>What torque or output power is required?<\/strong> <strong>What delivery pressure and what delivery volume of the <a href=\"https:\/\/hydromot.lu\/techblog\/en\/hydraulic-pumps-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hydraulic pump<\/a> is available to drive the oil motor?<\/strong><br \/>This is followed by the selection of the exact motor type.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Is a leakage oil connection possible?<\/strong> <br \/>In some applications there is simply no space to implement an additional oil connection. to consider.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What oil temperatures can be expected?<\/strong> <br \/>At temperatures above 80\u00b0, for example, VITON seals are required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Which hydraulic fluid should the motor be operated with?<\/strong><br \/>The use of hydraulic media such as HFC liquids or bio-oils may have an impact on the sealing material to be selected or the service life of the hydraulic motor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What is the surrounding medium like?<\/strong><br \/>If the hydraulic motor is used in salty air (e.g. on ships, salt spreaders or road sweepers), a special paint finish is recommended to protect the motor from corrosion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other important criteria are the available installation space, flange and shaft shape, if a speed measurement is necessary,
