Si le clapet anti-retour est d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 lors de l&#8217;actionnement de la vanne de commande du syst\u00e8me hydraulique, le v\u00e9rin rentre sans \u00eatre frein\u00e9. Le rapport de pilotage peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9 en divisant la surface de pilotage par la surface de limitation de pression.<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>rapport de pilotage courant<\/strong> pour les valves de freinage de descente des moteurs hydrauliques est <strong>par exemple de 4,5:1<\/strong>. Si le r\u00e9glage de la pression du distributeur est de 210 bars et que la charge est de 140 bars, la pression de pilotage requise est de (210 bars &#8211; 140 bars) \/ 4,5 = 15,56 bars.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, <strong>des rapports de pilotage plus faibles<\/strong> offrent un <strong>contr\u00f4le de mouvement<\/strong> <strong>plus pr\u00e9cis<\/strong> et <strong>plus stable<\/strong>, en particulier pour les entra\u00eenements &#8220;instables&#8221; avec des charges importantes. Toutefois, des <strong>rapports de pilotage<\/strong> <strong>plus importants<\/strong> permettent d&#8217;<strong>am\u00e9liorer<\/strong> le <strong>rendement<\/strong> des entra\u00eenements hydrauliques, ce qui se traduit par un moindre d\u00e9gagement de chaleur. Cependant, un <strong>taux de pilotage<\/strong> <strong>plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> peut \u00e9galement avoir <strong>des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur la stabilit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9cision du contr\u00f4le des mouvements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les <strong>moteurs hydrauliques<\/strong>, on utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des valves de freinage \u00e0 la descente avec un <strong>rapport de pilotage l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus grand<\/strong>. Le <strong>r\u00e9glage<\/strong> doit \u00eatre d&#8217;au moins <strong>1,3 fois la pression de charge attendue<\/strong>, car les valves de freinage de descente sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme un dispositif de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. C&#8217;est pourquoi seul <strong>un personnel form\u00e9<\/strong> doit proc\u00e9der au r\u00e9glage !  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--nv-site-bg); font-size: var(--bodyfontsize); letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform);\">L&#8217;ajustement correct peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 en six \u00e9tapes dans le syst\u00e8me hydraulique. Nous expliquons le processus de r\u00e9glage en prenant l <strong>&#8216;exemple<\/strong> d&#8217;un <strong>v\u00e9rin hydraulique<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--nv-site-bg); font-size: var(--bodyfontsize); letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform);\">R\u00e9gler la valve de freinage de descente \u00e0 la <strong>pression maximale<\/strong>, en respectant le sens de rotation de la vis de r\u00e9glage selon les indications du fabricant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soulever la charge de <strong>quelques millim\u00e8tres<\/strong> \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du syst\u00e8me hydraulique afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter les blessures pendant le processus de r\u00e9glage. Si la charge est <strong>soulev\u00e9e trop haut<\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong>installateur risque de se blesser<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>D\u00e9connecter<\/strong> le syst\u00e8me hydraulique. La soupape de freinage d&#8217;abaissement ne doit pas \u00eatre <strong>soumise \u00e0 la pression de commande<\/strong> pendant le processus de r\u00e9glage. La <strong>position<\/strong> du v\u00e9rin hydraulique doit \u00eatre <strong>marqu\u00e9e<\/strong> avec un stylo r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&#8217;eau ou un objet similaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9gler <strong>provisoirement<\/strong> la soupape de frein de descente hydraulique avec pr\u00e9cision en fonction de la <strong>pression de charge<\/strong>. Pour ce faire, on diminue progressivement le r\u00e9glage de la pression sur la vanne (en <strong>respectant<\/strong> le <strong>sens de rotation de la vis de r\u00e9glage<\/strong>). D\u00e8s que la <strong>tige<\/strong> du v\u00e9rin <strong>se d\u00e9place<\/strong>, le <strong>r\u00e9glage de la pression<\/strong> <strong>augmente<\/strong> \u00e0 nouveau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la charge <strong>s&#8217;immobilise<\/strong> \u00e0 nouveau. Si le r\u00e9glage de la pression est r\u00e9duit trop rapidement, la charge s&#8217;abaisse brusquement, ce qui peut endommager le m\u00e9canisme si plusieurs v\u00e9rins sont utilis\u00e9s. Le <strong>r\u00e9glage de la pression<\/strong> dans la valve de freinage de descente augmente <strong>proportionnellement<\/strong> \u00e0 la <strong>pr\u00e9contrainte du ressort<\/strong> (augmentation presque lin\u00e9aire). Par cons\u00e9quent, la pr\u00e9contrainte peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e d <strong>&#8216;un tiers<\/strong> lors du r\u00e9glage \u00e0 la pression de charge. Pour cela, il faut d&#8217;abord compter le nombre de tours de la vanne n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir la charge droite. N&#8217;oubliez pas que la charge doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9alablement s\u00e9curis\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elle ne s&#8217;abaisse accidentellement.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, ouvrez compl\u00e8tement la vanne (r\u00e9glage de la pression minimale) en comptant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les tours. Puis revisser la vis de r\u00e9glage des tours pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment compt\u00e9s et <strong>ajouter 30%<\/strong> pour atteindre le <strong>niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 souhait\u00e9 de 1,3 fois la pression de la charge.<\/strong> Exemple : il faut 5 tours pour maintenir la charge. Il faut alors 5 + 30% = 6,5 tours pour atteindre 1,3 fois la pression de charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Enfin<\/strong>, la vis de r\u00e9glage doit <strong>\u00eatre<\/strong> <strong>bloqu\u00e9e<\/strong> pour \u00e9viter tout d\u00e9r\u00e9glage non autoris\u00e9.
