Mais que signifie cette valeur ?<\/p>\n<p>Les exigences minimales pour les huiles hydrauliques et les huiles pour engrenages sont d\u00e9finies de mani\u00e8re fixe dans les normes DIN. Mais ils ne garantissent pas dans tous les cas le fonctionnement sans faille de certaines installations. Cela concerne en particulier les engrenages \u00e0 faible vitesse et soumis \u00e0 des chocs, les pompes \u00e0 palettes, les accouplements filet\u00e9s, les chemins de roulement et les couples acier\/bronze des paliers lisses. Souvent, la capacit\u00e9 de charge de l&#8217;huile utilis\u00e9e n&#8217;est pas suffisante. Afin d&#8217;analyser clairement la capacit\u00e9 de charge du lubrifiant, le test pratique Brugger a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la d\u00e9finition officielle de Parker Hannifin, il est dit que dans les composants hydrauliques, il y a toujours aussi un frottement mixte, car les vitesses de glissement entre les partenaires de frottement sont souvent inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la limite pour la formation fiable d&#8217;un film lubrifiant hydrodynamique. En cas de frottement mixte, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire lorsque les composants sont en contact m\u00e9tallique direct, c&#8217;est le pouvoir lubrifiant qui est d\u00e9terminant. Le pouvoir lubrifiant est mesur\u00e9 selon la norme DIN\/EN 51 347 et indiqu\u00e9 en tant que charge sp\u00e9cifique admissible en N\/mm\u00b2, \u00e0 laquelle aucune usure n&#8217;appara\u00eet encore sur les partenaires de glissement. Cette valeur est parfois appel\u00e9e &#8220;valeur Brugger&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les applications g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, cette valeur doit \u00eatre d&#8217;au moins 30 N\/mm\u00b2, mesur\u00e9e selon la norme DIN 51 347-2. Dans le cas d&#8217;installations et de machines soumises \u00e0 des charges dynamiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es avec des changements de charge rapides (changements de pression fr\u00e9quents entre des pressions de service basses et \u00e9lev\u00e9es, presses \u00e0 grande vitesse, machines pour mati\u00e8res plastiques, etc.), il convient d&#8217;utiliser des fluides dont la valeur n&#8217;est pas inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50 N\/mm\u00b2, mesur\u00e9e selon DIN 51 347-2.<\/p>\n<p>Que peut-il se passer dans une installation hydraulique si la valeur Brugger de l&#8217;huile hydraulique utilis\u00e9e n&#8217;atteint pas la valeur minimale recommand\u00e9e ? En raison d&#8217;un film lubrifiant insuffisant, la capacit\u00e9 de lubrification entre les composants qui se d\u00e9placent les uns sur les autres n&#8217;est plus suffisante, ce qui entra\u00eene l&#8217;endommagement des composants. L&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de frappe inf\u00e9rieur est un anneau d&#8217;un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur de 25 mm. Il est fix\u00e9 sur un arbre entra\u00een\u00e9 par un moteur triphas\u00e9 via une courroie crant\u00e9e. Il tourne \u00e0 vide \u00e0 960 min-1 \u00b15 % et s&#8217;effondre en charge \u00e0 860 min-1 maximum.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9chantillon sup\u00e9rieur est un cylindre de 18 mm de diam\u00e8tre. Il est solidement fix\u00e9 dans un support rotatif, qui le pousse par un poids contre la bague d&#8217;essai en rotation. La vitesse de glissement est de 1,2 m\/s.<\/p>\n<p>Tant l&#8217;arbre de la bague d&#8217;essai que les points de rotation des leviers sont mont\u00e9s sur des roulements. La bague d&#8217;essai est alors recouverte du lubrifiant \u00e0 analyser. Le cylindre d&#8217;essai est press\u00e9 avec 400 N contre la bague d&#8217;essai. L&#8217;entra\u00eenement de la bague d&#8217;essai d\u00e9marre sous charge. La dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;essai est de 30 secondes.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du lubrifiant, la bague d&#8217;essai en rotation g\u00e9n\u00e8re une surface d&#8217;usure de taille variable sur le cylindre d&#8217;essai fixe. La surface d&#8217;usure a la forme d&#8217;une ellipse. Les axes principaux de l&#8217;ellipse sont mesur\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une loupe de mesure. La surface de projection de la surface d&#8217;usure est calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de ces donn\u00e9es. Le quotient de la force de pression et de la surface d&#8217;usure projet\u00e9e est indiqu\u00e9 comme capacit\u00e9 de charge du lubrifiant selon Brugger B (N\/mm2).<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats reproductibles, il faut toujours cr\u00e9er les m\u00eames conditions de d\u00e9part. Comme plusieurs essais sont effectu\u00e9s avec une bague d&#8217;essai, la bague et le cylindre d&#8217;essai doivent \u00eatre lav\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque fois avec de l&#8217;essence limite d&#8217;\u00e9bullition. Les surfaces ne doivent pas pr\u00e9senter de traces visibles \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153il nu de r\u00e9sidus de l&#8217;essai pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Il faut veiller \u00e0 ce que le diam\u00e8tre de la bague d&#8217;essai ne soit jamais inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 24,5 mm. Un grand nombre de mesures ont montr\u00e9 que la reproductibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats est bonne.
