We always try to offer you the cheapest delivery option available. Since delivery costs depend on both the freight weight and your location, we would like you to have us quote your individual costs for delivery and packaging before placing your order.

We offer worldwide delivery, please contact us concerning the exact cost if they are not specified for your location. You can contact us at shop@hydromot.lu

We deliver free of charge to Germany and Luxemburg starting from a order value of 100,- €. Max. freight weight for this service is 30 kg.

Deliveries of more than 30 kg freight weight are delivered by a truckage company. Please enquire delivery costs before placing an order.

When using Cash on Delivery, we bill an additional cost of 8,19 € (gross)!


For Austria, delivery is 23,10 Euro (gross) for packages up to 30 kg.
When using Cash on Delivery, we bill an additional cost of 23,40 € (gross)!

There is a max. freight weight of 30 kg per package. In case of a order of more than 30 kg, we reserve the right to split up your order into several packages or having the order delivered by a truckage company.

Having your order picked up by your own truckage company or contractor is accepted. Please contact us beforehand to communicate the details.
 

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  • Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.   • Slice it (only available for Germany): With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.   • Pay Now (Sofort direct banking): Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date by email.

The payment methods invoice, part payment and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
