Hydraulic hose configurator

1. First select the hose type in the middle (e.g. 2SN, 1 SN, 2SC, etc.). Select the required nominal width and enter the length in mm. You can determine the correct nominal size in our calculator for hydraulic hoses. You can also select whether you need a hose protection.
2. Select the left connection. You can only select fittings that match the hydraulic hose you've chosen.
3. Select the right connection.
4. If you select fittings with angles in both sides of the hose, you can also specify the rotation angle.
5. Do you want to be reminded to replace your hydraulic hose? Then enter the information of your machine, ex: device, designation,... We will save these information and remind you once the hydraulic hose needs to be replaced.
6. The last step: Add the hydraulic hose to the shopping basket - and the configured hydraulic hose is ready.

 

Information concerning the hose protection:

Protective hoses are mounted over the finished hydraulic hose and used to protect the actual hydraulic hose from damage caused by abrasion, heat, flying sparks, burning metal filings and so on. The assembly is usually done with hose clamps (exception plastic helix).
 

	Valcon® Hose protection VC-PowerTex: This protective hose consists of an abrasion and heat resistant fiber braid and used to protect against uncontrolled oil leakage. The protective hose has MSHA approval IC-338/01.
	Valcon® VC-TEX: This protective hose also consists of an abrasion- and heat-resistant fiber braid and used to protect against uncontrolled oil leakage.
	Hose protection plastic helix black: This plastic helix is used to prevent damage to the hose lines, e.g. due to abrasion . The plastic helix is also suitable for retrofitting or for bundling hoses.
